Big News!

We have big news! We listened to your feedback and have changed our hours to better serve you. We will now be open from 6AM to 6PM, making us open longer than any other daycare in Bedford!

This is a big change for us, and we are excited at the doors it opens. We appreciate all the feedback you have given and ask that you continue to give us feedback as we prepare to start our new school year. As a side note, where did the summer go?!

If you have not already liked us on Facebook, please take a moment to do so. We are updating it daily with fun information on what the children are doing. We will also be continuing to expand the website to keep you informed of upcoming events, as well as pictures of the changes we are making inside the building.

May News!

This month we will be celebrating Mother’s Day.  We all know that being a mom is more than just that simple title. The Bible tells us that a mother should be a teacher, helping her children to come to know God through scriptures. The Bible states that a mother is to always be available at any time, modeling with integrity, training and discipline. She is to be a nurturer, providing an environment of constant support and acceptance. So, in this special month, we say thank you to all mothers for always being a good example.

Please remember also that Little Light is closed May 27th in observation of Memorial Day. Have a safe and blessed holiday!

April News!

Hello parents!  The month of April is all about new things!  Your children will be learning about butterflies, bees, and ladybugs. They’ll also learn about flowers; how they grow and the many different kinds.

Spring is the season of new beginnings.  Flowers grow and bloom, leaves begin to grow on trees, and the birds sing their sweet songs. These things can be a reminder to us of how the Lord put away the past and makes things new in our life. A reminder that God gave His son, so we may be saved to begin a new life.

God tells us in Isaiah 43:18-19 “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!” Is there something that you want to change, or something you’ve wanted to start? Use this as a talking point with your children during a quiet time with them, and be honest with your answers so they can do the same.

This Spring, let’s all do a new thing for the Lord!
